The Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB) has announced a tender for the supply and delivery of four new laptops equipped with genuine JAWS screen-reading software licences to support the independent and effective work of blind and partially sighted staff. The procurement aims to strengthen digital accessibility and inclusive working conditions within the organisation, with interested and legally registered suppliers in Rwanda invited to submit quotations by November 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
